Ui has more than 20 years experience in the beauty and health industry, both in hands-on and leadership roles. She prides herself in providing premium services to clients at all levels and at all times.
As Director of UP® Clinical Cosmetics and UP® Lashes & Brows she is focussed on ensuring her clients' experience is second to none, with responsibility for governance, quality assurance and protocol implementation, in addition to providing a warm and approachable welcome.

Hitomi, Senior Lash & Brow Stylist.
Hitomi began her career in Tokyo more than 20 years ago at the forefront of the lash extension movement, developing advanced technical expertise during the early evolution of modern lash artistry. Her experience spans classic, hybrid and volume techniques, precision brow styling, and structured lash mapping tailored to individual eye anatomy.
After relocating to New Zealand with her young family over five years ago, she quickly established herself as a leading senior stylist within Auckland’s premium beauty sector.
Hitomi is recognised not only for her artistry, but for her meticulous attention to hygiene, isolation technique, adhesive control and retention science. She plays a key mentoring role within the UP® team, supporting internal training, technique refinement, and consistency of service standards across lash and brow treatments.

Sayaka, Stylist, Lash & Brow Expert.
Sayaka brings more than seven years of focused lash and brow experience across Japan and Australia, where she refined her technique within high-standard aesthetic environments before settling in New Zealand.
Her approach combines precision styling with a commitment to long-term lash and brow health. She is particularly known for achieving beautifully natural, softly structured results that enhance facial balance while maintaining comfort and lash integrity.
At UP®, Sayaka works within clearly defined treatment protocols, including patch testing standards, adhesive selection control, and hygiene systems aligned with clinic-wide infection control procedures. Her attention to detail ensures not only aesthetic refinement, but consistency and safety across every appointment.

Vanessa, Cosmetic Nurse.
After graduating from Massey University in 2015, Vanessa forged her career in beauty and wellbeing through a blend of medical expertise and a profound belief in the power of restoring and enhancing natural beauty.
Vanessa has a passion for both traditional and emerging cosmetic-medical and beauty procedures including skin rejuvenation, skin health, wrinkle reduction, volume enhancement, regenerative therapy, mesotherapy and even stress management. Combining a deep knowledge of facial and bodily anatomy with experience across multiple treatment modalities, Vanessa excels at creating customised solutions tailored to each client's desired outcomes.
Whilst Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge in her field, she has a warm and friendly approach and is always eager to explain procedures to clients in a way that is easy to understand and that empowers them to make informed decisions, inspiring them to embrace their journey gracefully and confidently.

All injectable treatments are performed under signed and regularly reviewed standing orders. Our supervising doctors provide 24/7 on-call availability for clinical escalation, consultation, and adverse event support.
