My first appointment was 17 months ago, which was when I had discovered that the state of my natural lashes had been severely damaged by work from a previous lash salon....and I had been a loyal customer to that salon for years. Yet totally unaware how bad they were until Ui took photos and showed me. I was crushed. I had no idea they were that bad.
It took a good six months to bring my lashes back to a healthy state and I love how the team chooses to educate the customer on how to keep natural lashes healthy with everyday habits and not with the aid of expensive products.
I also love how my extensions look natural and full and no longer look like spiders at the end of my eyelids. I get so many comments and how natural they look - which is the look I want and not the glamour look.
This is my little treat to myself on a regular basis and I always look forward to my appointments. The team are professional, friendly and the salon is very comfortable without loud music thumping in the background.
I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend the team for anyone who is new or not so new to lash extensions. You won't regret it.

First time getting extensions. So happy. They look amazing (but still natural). Was recommended to me by a make up artist, will be going here from now on! The service and the atmosphere was really nice and parking wasn’t too bad

I have been a returning customer to Up lashes for over 3 years. My experience is always exceptional - both Ui and Izumi do a perfect job. They are always pleasant and make me feel extremely comfortable and will always recommend having lashes and brows done here.

I have been seeing Ui for my lashes, on and off, for about 4 years. I have been to other salons and Up Lashes is by far the best. The lashes are soft and natural looking and Ui is always professional, accommodating and fun! We always have a laugh and I come away feeling happy and (I hope) looking a lot better.

I've been coming to see UP for a long time now. I am always impressed by the skill level and attention to detail the team has. They always take great care to ensure that my lashes are safe and last well.
It's always a very relaxing experience.

UP lashes is by far the best lash salon in Auckland - hands down! And I've been to literally all of them. The girls have years of experience under their belt and my lashes last between 3-4 weeks in beautiful condition

Extremely professional service provided buy UP lashes and brows I have been visiting this business for 8years now and cannot fault them
In anyway, if your looking for amazing eyelash extensions and a service that is personalized for you and that leave no damage and you leave feeling spectacular then you need to visit UP salons straight away ! I am 100% loyal to UP lashes

UP Lashes and Brows is the only place I go for my lashes, the girls make sure I am comfortable during my visit and really listened to my requests . Such a pampering experience and can not recommend enough!!

I was recommended by a friend to try UP Lashes just a few months ago, and now I wish I had found them earlier!
I have been looked after by Izumi each time I have been in for eyelash extensions, and she is just magic. I had previously been to another place and was unhappy with the results, so needed a fix up, and was told about Ui and Izumi at UP. I felt so well looked after by the ladies, and was so happy with my new (much improved!) lashes.
The lashes were light and feathery, and for the first time not itchy. Having them done was lovely and relaxing too.
I was so impressed I immediately booked in my revisit, then booked in for Izumi to do my brows as well. I had a wedding to go to and got so many compliments for my lashes and brows.
I highly recommend UP lashes, and would completely trust either Izumi or Ui to look after you and make you feel glam.
